This year the Boys (LVYLL) & Girls (LVGYLL) of the Lehigh Valley Lacrosse community are joining forces to raise funds for the HEADSTRONG FOUNDATIONS, ATTACK CANCER Campaign.    Over the past (10) years the Lehigh Valley lacrosse community has raised more than $100,000 for this charity.  This year, the Headstrong Foundation has partnered with the two leagues and LehighValleyLax.com to grow the awareness of this charity. 

STEPS:

1.) Access the Lehigh Valley page via  Lehigh Valley Youth Lacrosse - HEADstrong Foundation

2.) Click on Drop down menu and choose Fundraising Teams based on school districts.  To Find your program: Example: LMYA or Emmaus MS and it will show your teams.    Forks, Palmer & Easton MS., Etc.

In addition to raising funds, we are also looking to increase the raffle donations for the year end Battle of the Valley Tournament.    Last year we had donations from multiple college universities, vendors, restaurants, local breweries, wineries, and families.  These raffle baskets raised over $3,400 at this one-day event.   We are already in discussions with local universities and vendors and restaurants for their 2025 raffle donations.  What we need is to raise the awareness and have each program donate 2-3 baskets to be raffled off at the Battle of the Valley 2025.  Do you have access to Iron Pigs tickets, LV Phantoms tickets, or any other local Philly team?   Do you own a restaurant, have a friend who does? Have your team put together a theme basket.  Market your business of choice, raffle it off and raise money for this great cause.   Basket donations will be recognized on battle of the valley and lehighvalleylax.com.  If you are interested in donating a basket, please email LAXBATTLEOFTHEVALLEY@GMAIL.COM.

Three years ago, we brought the lacrosse community together, to host one year end tournament known as the Battle of the Valley for the boys and girls of the 

Lehigh Valley.  This fight is larger than our lacrosse community, there are people battling something bigger.  Help us ATTACK CANCER.
